Times were different when Rockstar Games first revealed Grand Theft Auto IV. At the time, GTA was the biggest gaming franchise around, and I remember the hype surrounding that first reveal being astronomical. Earlier this week, Rockstar Games released the first Grand Theft Auto V trailer and I don’t think the world at large cared nearly as much this time around. At least that’s how I see it from my perspective.
Are you seeing what I’m seeing? If so, why do you think the hype has cooled off? Or am I really off base? My other question to you is, are you excited for Grand Theft Auto V? At this point in time, I’m not chomping at the bit for more information, but I’m fairly certain to give it a go when it eventually comes out. Let’s discuss in the comments!
