Canadian shoppers rejoice! Boxing Day is here, which is the Canadian equivalent of Black Friday (even though we have Black Friday up here now too). If you’re not reading this from a Best Buy or Futureshop lineup at the time of this posting, you may already be too late to score a door-crasher deal at either of those stores. However, most retailers won’t have swarms of customers lining up around them and most won’t be busy until noon today, when people have recovered from a day of Christmas partying. On top of that, it’s still prime time to shop online.

Cheap Ass Gamer is the definitive gaming deals site. The site will not only help you get through today, but basically any day when you’re looking to score games for the lowest prices (which is likely every day). Besides using the site as a deals resource, I’m a regular listener of their podcast.

Red Flag Deals is the definitive Canadian deals website. It has a decent forum for game deals, but their Boxing Day sub-section is top notch. The site lets you easily browse through a ton of deals across dozens of different retailers, which is ideal if you plan on hitting multiple stores this Boxing Day.

I subscribe to this Twitter feed and check it multiple times a day. It’s really convenient to have these deals just pop on my Twitter. This account is frequently updated, which is a bonus. I have taken advantage of a number of deals posted here in the past and probably will do so again today.
It’s not too late to get in on the action. Form a plan of attack, then shop at the stores or online till you drop! Happy bargain hunting!
