Super Street Fighter IV: A Change of Heart

When it comes to the Street Fighter IV series, Akuma has been my main man. I’ve played over 300 hours of that game using him as my guy. I know the ins and outs to make him work, and all of the weaknesses others can exploit to beat him. I worked my way up to one of the top 300 Akuma players on XBOX Live in North America. He was even my go-to character when I won my first tournament match at Fan Expo.

Since that tournament though, I’ve been exploring my options. I’ve been dabbling with other characters. After a lot of practice and soul searching, I think it’s time I had a change of heart.

I’d Raging Demon For These Akuma Kicks

Last year at the Clash of the Customizers shoe battle, Diversitile designed these Nike Dunks with Street Fighter’s Akuma serving as the inspiration. I may have a huge bias towards these shoes, due to the fact that Akuma is my favourite Street Fighter character, but these shoes are hot.

Jett Vs. – Episode 1: Stay Classy, Ken Masters

Welcome to a feature I’m testing out on In Third Person that I like to call “Jett Vs.” (no relation to that Shaq show). For now, I’ll probably use this as a place to post some of my Street Fighter match videos, talk about Street Fighter knowledge and what happened in a particular match. I guess with a name like “Jett Vs.”, I can use it for basically anything related to competitive gaming. Apologies in advance the poor video and audio quality; it’s the best I can do with the on-board camera on my laptop.
