Guy is a character that I love to use in training mode, though I have no concept of how to use him in a real fight. In Omega Mode, he’s changed quite a bit in ways that give him some more interesting combo options. I put a few out on display here in my latest Omega Mode combo video!

Guy is a character I have no interest playing, but one that my training partner uses as his main. Of late, we’ve been talking about his combos and the execution techniques required to pull off his more advanced stuff. As a means of better understanding the matter, I spent some time in the lab to figure out what he could do. Hope you enjoy!

Played a number of matches against a great Guy player. We played a total of 7 matches, of which he won 5. In the grand scheme of things, it was not a good look for me, but you’ll get to watch a strong Guy player do his thing. Here’s one video where I won and another where he got the best of me.

Me reaching #1 for Rose and Cammy in my country is pretty impressive. Reaching #1 in the world? Slow-clap worthy. In the thousands of online Street Fighter IV matches I’ve played over the years, I’ve never run into a #1 ranked player until recently.
