On a recent Capcom Unity live stream, they revealed that the Blue Bomber would make his triumphant return in late 2018 with Mega Man 11. It’s been seven years since the release of Mega Man 10, and fans have waited even longer for an entry in the series that moves past the 8-bit aesthetic.
The 8-bit throwback novelty of Mega Man 9 and 10 were fine, but I think we’re long overdue for a modern 2D entry. Based on this early trailer, it looks like they’re on the right track. Mega Man 11 will be available on Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Barring any sort of technical differences, I’m getting the Switch version. Can’t wait till late 2018 to play it!
