This is it! From Turtle Rock to the egg, we close out our Link’s Awakening adventure! Before we close the door on Koholint Island, we talk about Luigi’s Mansion 3, our Christmas wish lists, and end the stream with a round of anime video game show and tell!

From getting a key ocarina song, to completing Eagle Tower, to entering Turtle Rock, we got a lot done during this Link’s Awakening stream! Along the way, we talk about games we’d take with us to a desert island, the evolution of libraries, do some Wii show and tell, and learn the story of how a new friend found my channel in the a rather unique way!
I get tripped up pretty bad through the Face Shrine, but we manage to make it through eventually! All the while, we talk about the upcoming EGLX game convention, share some of our favourite content creators, and do a little bit of Halloween-themed board game show and tell!
Where’d the start of the dungeon go? After rage quitting the stream, I come back and finish off the next two dungeons in our Link’s Awakening adventure! Along the way, we talk about Heavy Rain and the rise of modern adventure games, Overwatch on Switch, the developers of the Mario and Luigi series going bankrupt, and more!
After the Bottle Grotto, Link gears up with the Pegasus Boots, an Ocarina, and the Angler Key! Now if only I could find the key hole that opens the dungeon…

Just weeks before launch, Nintendo brought a preview build of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening to Fan Expo Canada for players to try. I was fortunate enough to be there and give the demo a try!

Between now and May 19th, 11:59pm PT, you can unlock a Game Boy skin in Tetris 99! All you have to do is partake in the game’s online battle mode and earn 100 event points. It might take a bit of elbow grease, but 100 points is a pretty low bar to reach. Such a cool nod to the old days! Go get that skin before it’s too late!
