Street Fighter V Final Beta R. Mika Matches and Impressions

R. Mika is a stud. My videos are definitely not a true display of her prowess, but she is a wrecking ball in Street Fighter V. Great normal attacks and combo potential. Her V-Trigger of having Nadeshiko fly out and do a drop kick or a body splash is useful in a number of different ways. The only thing that stops her from reaching her peak are her command grabs. While they’re devastating if they connect, landing them is really tough to do when their start-up is so slow and their range is so short.

She’s already a popular character in spite of her flaws, and one that appears to be a very dangerous foe. If I can overcome her slow grab speed and short grab range, she might be the one for me.

Street Fighter V Beta R. Mika Matches Part 1

Generally considered to be a weak character in Street Fighter Alpha 3, R. Mika appears to pack quite the punch in Street Fighter V. Though I definitely don’t do the character justice, I hope that her potential shines through in this video and the others to come!

Street Fighter V Beta R. Mika Impressions

Having stood on the sidelines since her debut in Street Fighter Alpha 3, R. Mika returns in Street Fighter V. As a wrestler, her arsenal of moves would surely make Hulk Hogan proud. She also didn’t come to this fight alone, as her tag team partner Nadeshiko swoops in from time-to-time to lend a helping hand (or butt). Does she have what it takes to make a run at the championship belt?

Dhalsim, Six DLC Characters and a Release Date Announced for Street Fighter V

Lots of big Street Fighter V news coming out of Paris Games Week. For starters, Capcom revealed Dhalsim as the latest character added to the playable roster. I’m generally not a fan of the Yoga master, but I love everything I’ve seen in the trailer, from his new look to the plethora of changes made to his arsenal. Definitely excited to give him a shot.

Covering Part 2 of the Street Fighter V Beta

I missed most of the Street Fighter V beta the first time around. After an epic fail of a launch, Capcom conveniently rescheduled the beta to fall on a weekend where I would be out of the province. Played as much as I could on the first and last days of the beta, but it certainly wasn’t ideal.

Hoping that I would be fully available for the second go-around, it clearly wasn’t meant to be. Capcom scheduled their four-day beta during a time when I would be away with Steff for a marriage retreat for three of those days. Also, during one of the periods where I could actually play, the power was scheduled to be shut off in my building. Once again, I made the most with the little time I had.

Street Fighter V Beta R. Mika Combo Video

At her core, R. Mika is a grappler, which generally means her combo potential isn’t as high as some of her peers. That said, she still has some tools to string together some hits for big damage, especially with her tag team partner diving in as part of her V-Trigger. Check it out!

R Mika Revealed for Street Fighter V

My experience with R Mika in Street Fighter Alpha 3 is largely non-existent. However, it wasn’t hard to see the enthusiasm that people have for her, as many fans for years have been clamoring for the wrestler to return. Finally, she has, as the newest member of the Street Fighter V roster. Never cared much before, but holy cow do I care now.
