Video Game Characters Who Wear Masks

During these uncertain times, one of the best things we can do to protect ourselves and others is to wear a mask. There’s no shortage of evidence out there that show how effective they are. I’ve been wearing a mask for months now and I agree with my government’s laws around masks in public spaces.

But don’t just follow my lead. You can be just like these star video game characters who also wear masks!

Top 10 Games Of This Generation – #3 – Mass Effect 2

(Original Review)

Commander Shepard has the best of friends. While there are so many wonderful aspects to Mass Effect 2, from its great combat, to its wonderful story, this is a game that I feel is defined by the relationships you make with your crew.

2012 Year in Review: Most Disappointing Game

Let’s get this point out of the way: Mass Effect 3 is not my most disappointing game of 2012. Sure, I am as butt hurt as everyone else over its terrible ending, but a terrible ending isn’t enough to completely sink a game that is really good otherwise. Instead, my vote for most disappointing game of the year goes to a title that started out great, but ultimately fell way short of my expectations.

Mass Effect 3 Single Player Review

The Earth is screwed. At least it appears that way when you first boot up Mass Effect 3. After your Shepard thwarted the Reapers plans in Mass Effect 1 and 2, they’re bringing the pain to your home world. While the temptation is strong to stay and protect your home world, Shepard knows the only way to victory involves him recruiting all the help he can get from across the galaxy.

Looking for a Mass Effect 3 Review?

If you’ve been waiting for a Mass Effect 3 review, I’m sorry to keep you waiting. It’s a long game and I’m doing what I can to get through it at my own pace. Without spoiling anything, I can say that it’s a quality product, though I’m still debating in my head exactly how good it is and where it stacks up on the pantheon of Mass Effect games.

Out Now: Mass Effect 3 and Street Fighter X Tekken

While I can’t speak for everyone, this very well could be my biggest new release week of the year. My two most anticipated games of 2012 are out now, and I’ll probably be making a bee line to the store before work to grab copies of both.

Coming Soon: Mass Effect 3

To label myself as “excited” for Mass Effect 3 would be an understatement. Anything less than “giddy like a little school girl” would be selling my excitement short. Mass Effect 3 is my most anticipated game of 2012 and it’s coming out in just a few days.

In Third Person Quick Hits: May 17 2011 Edition

Hello, friends!

There’s a lot of gaming-related stuff I want to talk about, but not enough time to write it all down into well thought-out and extended posts. Instead of falling behind the times, I thought I’d try and tackle the stuff I wanted to talk about in small, concise chunks.

If this format works out and is something you’d like to see more of, I’ll try it again. Hope you enjoy!

My Big Question For Mass Effect 3

A few days ago, the latest issue of Game Informer shed light on some new Mass Effect 3 details. While it was good to see any news about the upcoming sequel to one of my favourite 2010 games, none of the information revealed struck me as a surprise. Granted, I haven’t actually read the magazine, just the bits mentioned on web sites, so maybe the answer to my biggest question is there.

If you’d like to know what my big is, read through to the rest of this post. Reader beware though, this contains spoilers!
